1. Scope of Services
ValueUp GmbH ("Company") provides the following services:
- Consulting: Strategic advice on business transformation, human & tech integration, and organizational development
- Coaching: One-on-one and group coaching sessions for personal and professional development
- Online Academy: Courses and educational programs available online
- Book Sales: Sale of books and digital publications related to our services
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by ValueUp GmbH. By booking a service or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Bookings and Reservations
Bookings for coaching sessions, consulting engagements, and other services can be made through our Google Calendar booking system or by contacting us directly via email or WhatsApp.
- A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from ValueUp GmbH
- Bookings are subject to availability and scheduling conflicts
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and scheduling details
- You must confirm your availability 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
3. Payments and Invoicing
Payment terms and pricing are provided separately for each service:
- Invoices will be issued after service delivery or course enrollment
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods specified at the time of booking
- All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur interest charges of 5% per annum
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Coaching & Consulting Services:
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in full payment of the session fee
- No-shows without prior notification will be charged in full
- Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability
Online Academy Courses:
- Course enrollments can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
- After 14 days, no refunds are available, but course access remains valid
- If course access is not granted due to technical issues, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days
Book Sales:
- Physical books cannot be returned once purchased and shipped
- Digital books are non-refundable once downloaded
- Damaged or defective books may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided in our coaching, consulting, and academy services, including but not limited to:
- Course content, videos, and presentations
- Workbooks, templates, and handouts
- Books and publications
- Digital content and resources
are the intellectual property of ValueUp GmbH or our licensed partners. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal development and non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitations of Liability and No Guarantee of Results
Important: ValueUp GmbH does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from coaching, consulting, or academy services. The effectiveness of our services depends on your participation, commitment, and implementation of recommendations.
ValueUp GmbH shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Personal injuries or emotional distress
- Failure to achieve specific business, career, or personal goals
- Your decision-making or actions based on advice provided
- Damages resulting from technical issues, service interruptions, or unavailability
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, in which case the above limitations may not apply to you.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
ValueUp GmbH respects your privacy and maintains strict confidentiality regarding information discussed during coaching, consulting, and academy services. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except:
- Where required by law or court order
- To protect the safety or rights of ValueUp GmbH or others
- To third-party service providers necessary for service delivery (bound by confidentiality agreements)

8. Code of Conduct
By engaging with ValueUp GmbH services, you agree to:
- Treat Tina Maria Wetzold and our team members with respect and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality regarding discussions and content shared during sessions
- Not share course materials, recordings, or coaching content with unauthorized parties
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Violations of this code of conduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
9. Recordings and Photography
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, coaching sessions and consultations are private and confidential. Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from ValueUp GmbH. Use of images or names in testimonials or case studies requires explicit written permission.
10. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions
ValueUp GmbH uses reliable technology and service providers for our online academy and booking systems. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online services. We are not liable for:
- Technical failures, interruptions, or downtime
- Loss of data or access to course materials due to technical issues
- Inability to access booking systems or calendar
In case of significant service interruptions affecting course access or bookings, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible.
11. Modifications to Services and Terms
ValueUp GmbH reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice
- Update course content and materials
- Adjust pricing with 30 days' notice for future bookings
- Update these Terms & Conditions at any time
Continued use of services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Testimonials and Case Studies
ValueUp GmbH may request permission to use your name, feedback, or success story in testimonials or case studies. Such use requires your explicit written consent. You retain all rights to your personal story and may revoke permission at any time.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Switzerland.
14. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:
- First, we encourage direct communication with ValueUp GmbH to resolve the issue
- If resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek legal counsel or pursue mediation
- Swiss courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal disputes
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and ValueUp GmbH regarding the use of our services. Any prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements are superseded by these terms.
